Dear Troops,
As the proud mother of a soldier in the 325/82nd Air I send all of you my
good thoughts, wishes and prayers. I pray daily for all of you! I pray for your
families left to carry on state side without you. The opening days of school
are soon upon us in the US...unfortunately many of those children spent their
summer vacation missing a loved one. Know that we support you and pray for you
daily...my love to my son "Moose" in Afghanistan! Your wife and kids, and the
new boo-boo due to join us in November are all doing well. We miss and love
you....Love...Mom & Da

Dear Troops,
As we begin our 4th of July celebration you are ever more in our hearts and our
prayers. You are doing a job no one wants and yet you do it with pride,
dignity and compassion. We remember that you have left everything you know and
love to travel to a far off land to not only protect your homeland but to help
serve the countries of the middle east. May God continue to guide your steps
and keep you safe until you come home again. Many thanks to all of you; for
your valor, courage and sacrifice. We think of you every day. God Bless.

Dear Definders of Freedom,

There are no words to adequately thank you, every single one of you, for the devotion to duty, sacrifice, and hard work that you have done and continue to do to keep USA free. You are serving the greatest country in the world, The United States of America!

To know that you have aided in giving liberation to so many in that part of the world, while keeping the United States free must give you a sense of pride, accomplishment, and honor. You are all HEROES.

I am sure it is difficult to be away from your family and loved ones, during that time your military family is there with you and for you. So many people remember you and your families daily in prayer throughout this nation.

Dearest Troops everywhere,

Words cannot possibly express the very deep gratitude and love and prayers we send your way each and every day. Your bravery and patriotism cannot be rivaled. We love you ALL very much and we want you to know you are daily in our thoughts and prayers. Do not let the VERY large mouths of the VERY small
minority that you hear about make you feel down or sad because the MAJORITY is always behind you 110%. Unfortunately these minority geeks get all the publicity. Everyone at home appreciates you!!! :D

God bless each and everyone of you,

To Our Troops, May God bless you and guide you in all that you do for our great country. Your sacrifice from your families is appreciated despite what the liberal media wants you to believe. Without your actions we will have the terrorist’s action here and I use to work for an airline that laid me off in December of 2001 and as far as I am concerned you have my full permission of taking any action necessary to have the enemy be dissolved in oblivion. May God Bless you all,

To all our troops overseas and to all our service men and women I say thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Words cannot express my gratefulness to you all. I am a navy spouse. I know also of the great sacrifices of the spouses and other family members. My heart goes out to all the families who have to endure these long separations. I really feel that we are doing the right thing and sometimes doing the right thing is not always supported by everyone.
I do believe that the vast majority do truly support what we are doing. Don't listen to the liberal media and the Michael Moore's of the country. What do they know!!!!!!!!!! you are doing the right and honorable thing. The people of America are with you. We know we have to take the fight to the terrorists in other parts of the world to keep us safe here at home. And thanks to brave and honorable people like you we are safe. THANK YOU
AND GOD BLESS YOU AND KEEP YOU SAFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To all of you brave men and women serving in Iraq: There are no words to express the appreciation and admiration my family and I have for you. Please don't pay attention to the minority liberal media. They do not
express the majority of our great nation....which is heartfelt support for all of you in harm's way. I pray to God to keep you all safe, and for the joyful day when we can take down our yellow ribbons because you
have returned home safely. We have experienced what your families are going through. Our oldest son (37) served during Desert Storm in 1991, as well as two of my nephews. My son and my oldest nephew were in the Air Force stationed at the Central Command at Macdill AFB in Tampa, Florida. My younger nephew was a Marine. I am very interested in writing to as many of you that would like to be "pen pals". Anyone who wishes to correspond with me can email me at DSG_PAG@webtv.net. Keep up the great work! I am proud, and your country is proud, of each and every one of you. God bless you all, and God be with each of you, and protect
you, and safely bring you home.

Hello To All Of You....My Brothers and Sisters....My Sons and Daughters !

This is coming to you from the Daughter-In-Law of a Marine, the wife of a Retired AF MSgt./Disabled Veteran, and the mother of a former US Army member who served in the Gulf War.

Because of this knowledge, I find it imperative that all of you who are still serving away from your loved ones, know Exactly how much you are appreciated and loved, and how much Gratitude is sent out each day...in the form of thoughts and prayers, and how Desperately, we, as Americans need you, and need to thank you for the jobs you are doing !!

Our gratitude and appreciation knows no bounds, and words can never truely express those feelings. So....I most humbly offer the sincerest, the most grateful "THANK YOU" that mere words can express !

Dearest Marines,

My brother Jim email-forwarded the photo of your beautiful, powerful, personal display for 9/11. Thank you so much. Brother Jim is a FDNY hero (he wouldn't admit it) and so was his brother-in-law, Orio Palmer, a FDNY Chief who someday will be noticed as the true "Audie Murphy " of 9/11.

After almost a year of not knowing what happened to Orio, in late August 2002 we heard Orio's words on a tape that was published by the NY Times; we learned that he had made it up to the 79th floor where the plane hit the South Tower - a site of great carnage. Because he was great at his job, and fit (a marathon runner), he was able to get up there m(a miracle). We heard him giving instructions on how to save the hurt people, and the last transmission, where he was instructing felllow firefighters about how to get up to where he was to help the wounded, well, that last trnsmission was 20 seconds or so before the first, south tower fell. F--K. He didn't make it. I think he was a great hero, and he would probably tell me that I was overstating the case.

I wasn't. I'm not.

Thankyou for the beautiful memorial, for doing it even in the midst of all you are going through. Keep up the wonderful work. Hang in., Come home and be safe again. Join us back home here where we need you to keep building a better and safer America. We love and appreciate all of what you're doing.
Thank you so much. Be safe. God bless.

With appreciation and love,

To every warrior for peace and freedom,

Don't believe the newspapers or other news organizations, especially the BBC. We love you guys (and gals) and we are 100% behind you. My God, how could we be anything less than that when you are 100% in front of us?

Be safe, be strong and have faith in us as we know we our faith in you is a blessing we don't really deserve. How could anyone deserve the tremendous sacrifice you are all putting up with for us? What you are doing over there will be remembered in history as a turning point in civilization for all mankind. My neighbors here in Michigan, my Iraqi neighbors, fly the stars and stripes and tear up when we talk about what you all are doing.

I sat with my sister's family on Sept. 11, 2001 (sorry, 11 Sept. 2001) and I'll never forget the moment we heard a FDNY captain being stopped on the street by a reporter while the ash cloud still hovered and the muffled sirens still wailed, and he said, "I can't talk to you right now, we've got over 250 men missing." My sister, a rather controlled women, burst into tears, knowing immediately the meaning of what he said, and said, "These are our finest citizens." That moment was raw and pure and I'll never forget it as long as I live. But I have to say, with all due respect to the heroes of the FDNY and NYPD, not to mention many others, I think our finest citizens are either in Iraq, Afghanistan, many other places we haven't learned about yet, or are getting ready to go there. And so are their families.

God bless you all and know that tens of millions of us don't close our eyes at the end of the day until we give thanks for each and every one of you. Work hard, stay safe, and please come home to a grateful country.

Hi, we are a family that my husband served 4 years in the Navy and 16 years in the Air Force. Our oldest son and his wife are also active duty Air Force. My husband retired in 1987 and now is a disabled Veteran.

We are extremely grateful for the service you are providing to our great Nation. We pray for you every night and day as a family. We pray also for your families here in the States, that they are well and keeping all together while you are away from them. Please know that most of your fellow Americans feel gratitude for your service. Keep up he good work and know you are appreciated.

As a mom of a son who is now training to become an Army MP I now know the full scope of sacrifices you make to serve this country of ours. It is an honor to be able to make your life in Iraq a little easier and
perhaps cooler for you. You are true American heros setting aside your own safety and well being to protect and defend the freedom of the Iraqui people. As a mother I want to hug you all and wish you well on
your journey. I pray for your safe return home to your loved ones. Even though I don't know you if you read this, this mom from New Hampshire sends her Love and Best Wishes.

Although it is currently hot here in Phoenix, I'm sure it is not as hot as where you are. I am an ESL and Spanish teacher at Glendale Community College in Glendale,AZ ( suburb of PHX), and today was our
first day of the new semester. Everyone is complaining of the heat in the classrooms and offices. At least we have air-conditioning, even though it isn't working like it should. We are very proud of all of your efforts in Iraq and pray for your safe return. Please believe that I personally am proud of what you are doing there. If anyone would like to write back, I will try to answer each email. After my last class, I am headed to a Bank One to donate money for your misters!

God Bless and Stay Cool!

Hello From Gilbert Arizona,

I am honored to be able to convey my thanks to all of you that are serving in the Middle East. From the day that our President announced that our troops were going to battle with a madman, I was worried about all of you..I have two brothers that are still active duty. One was aboard the U.S.S. Constellation and the other serving state side. He had been in the first gulf conflict..This war on Terrorism is a totally different type of war, and for each of you that is sacrificing your time and energy, I thank you so much..I know that when this
is all over, the efforts that you have made over there, will uncover much that was kept secret by Saddams party.. The brutality of this man has been made obvious, and you have saved many people from terror and barbaric acts. May God Bless all of you, and keep the faith. There are more Americans behind you than
what the main stream media likes to play up..Stay focused, stay strong, and come home..
May God Bless all of you, and keep you in the safety of his love.
Sincerely
Mrs. J. K

Good Morning,
We wish to say thank you so much for serving your great country. There are not good enough words to express, I know. We are glad to be able to do a small part by sending care packages as often as we can and filled with assorted goodies so others may also enjoy them. What we are able to send may seem rather little compared to the great sacrifices that have been given. Our hopes and prayers are with you all, in these dangerous times. Each and everyday, we think of you and hope and pray that you all will return soon and return home safe, to your home and loved ones. We believe in what you are doing. Come home soon.

With Warm Regards,

Ray and Karen H. Family

None of us can truly understand the sacrifice that not only you, our troops, but
also your families must endure. Please understand that our prayers, hopes and best wishes are with you constantly and that you will never be out of our thoughts until you are home safely.

We are very proud of you.

To the brave men and women of the US Armed Forces...you are not forgotten and greatly appreciated. I am a bit "in awe" of the magnitude of your jobs and thankful for the fact you all protect and defend the liberties that are enjoyed by not only the people from all nations living in the United States but American citizens everywhere in the world. On a lighter note, I now know of at least one place that is "hotter" than Arizona! :)

May God bless and keep each of you in the palm of His hand!

Respectfully,

To all our servicemen and women,

Thank you for your service to our country. My wife and I appreciate your efforts to protect us, especially under the brutal weather conditions (we live in Phoenix, so we know what it's like to be hot). Keep up the good work, and thanks again. Oh, and if you happen to see Sadaam, say 'hi' for me - with a round or 2 from a heavy weapon!

I applaud you.

Just wanted to let our troops out in Iraq know that we have not forgotten them back here in the U.S. and they still have our support and concern. Thanks to them for doing such a dangerous and important job, not only for us, but for the rest of the world.

Hope the "Cool Our Troops" campaign is bringing much needed relief from the heat to all our boys.

Dear Service Members, Thank you for serving our great nation. You do make a big difference in my life allowing me freedoms others are denied elsewhere in our world. As a nurse battling a rare medical condition I continue to battle forward for all of you by sending letters of support. I share responses with students and teachers to make all aware of your value and all the sacrifices you and your families make for us. If you are in the Mesa, AZ area or have family members that are they may want to check out the patriotic flag painted
on the wall displaying photos of loved ones serving our great nation here in east Mesa. I have experienced 15 neurosurgeries but I have to say it is all of you who keep me fighting my own battle. I realize the pain I experience could never compare to what all of you must endure. I salute you today and your efforts in fighting this war on terrorism and keeping us safe on the homefront.

Aug. 11 I was in the Army for almost 10 years and know what the heat is like in the full gear that all the Soldiers and Marines are having to wear for their safety. I cannot express how appreciative all Americans are of the sacrifices that you are making in both your personal comfort, seperation from family, seperation
from the little things that we all take for granted, like 7-11 stores, and for putting themselves into mortal danger daily. It is these sacrifices that allow ALL Americans to live free. You are all in our prayers. Come home safe.

Aug 7, 2003 I just wanted to say thank you to all the troops for making this a safe place to live. I am the wife of an Army SPC. who is currently away from home right now too. Although times are very difficult here without our loved ones, we stand behind you and are very proud of each and everyone of you. You are an amazing group of men and women who have given up a lot so that we may live the way we do. You will be in our prayers and thoughts until the very last soldier is returned to us safely. The war may be over but we haven't forgotten all of you who are still doing your job every single day. It might not be a glamorous job but we all know it needs to be done and we do appreciate your dedication and bravery. I pray for the situation to stabilize so that you can all come home to your families. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!

I know it`s hot, I know it`s frustrating duty, I know you`re ready to come home, but just know that YOU are making history. You`re bringing individual freedom to a region of the world that has never known freedom. You have destroyed a regime that has threatened our security. Now you must secure this area. You are making the world a better place.

My 79 yr old father, a decorated and severely wounded combat veteran of WWII, says a prayer at the dinner table every evening for your continued progress and safe return. The sincerity of his words to God on your behalf would make you very proud. Thank You !

I want to tell all of our troops stationed throughout the world that each and everyone of you are true HEROES today. In an era when movie "stars" (gag me) and sports figures parade around telling us how great they are, I say it is the members of our armed forces who fight and die for all of us to enjoy freedom, that are the true HEROES today. We can survive without sports and movies but I believe life would be a living hell without the protection our armed forces have provided us.

My father-in-law fought in combat in the South Pacific during W.W.II with the Fourth Marine Division and was witness to many truly heroic acts. (Not one of them involved an actor or athlete)

My brother served with the Air Force in Desert Storm in 1991 and was fortunate enough to live to retire so he could take care of his wife and raise his young son.

Because communications between the United States and where ever you are stationed is difficult, you may feel your country has forgotten or neglected you. Believe me YOUR COUNTRY HAS NOT FORGOTTEN YOU! Please be aware it is difficult for us at home to know how we can help, particularly if we don't have a love one serving who can tell us what you need.

For now, my wife and I are donating money to "Cool Our Troops" to provide some relief from the heat in Iraq.

God Bless and protect each and every one of you!
