Cool Our Troops Teams up with the New K-LITE 98.7

Fri. Aug. 29 we joined The New K-LITE at Sonic, near Luke Air Force Base. The first 3 people who stopped by and donated $20 to Cool Our Troops got a pair of tickets to Ringo Starr. We were also joined by some very special guests .... (Click photos to enlarge)

Pat Quinn, President of Qwest's Arizona division made a special appearance. His employees have raised $10,000 for Cool Our Troops through their Spirt of Service program, and to kick it off, Pat made a $500 donation of his own.

Rey from Zebra Signs even made it out! Rey has been a huge help making banners for all of our events. We are grateful for his patriotism and willingness to help each time we've asked, K-Lite's Mary Reilly did a fabulous drop promoting Cool Our Troops! K-Lite has always been good about helping us get the word out. Here she is with Rey and Susan (and Phil Collins).
